All pricing, availability, and product specifications are subject to change at any time without notice.

While we try to ensure that information our site is complete and accurate, there may be errors or omissions. We reserve the right to cancel orders submitted with erroneous information and will notify you of changes that need to be made so that your order can be processed and shipped.

Return Policy

At Plasticrafts, customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We accept returns on most of our products within 30 days of delivery.

To return a product, an RMA# (return merchandise authorization) must be assigned through our customer service department at 1-800-446-6778. Once your return request is approved, be sure to attach the RMA# on the box.

All returned items must be repacked and returned in their original packaging for protection. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee (stock items only). The packages being returned should be insured by you for your protection. Returned merchandise received damaged will not be credited. Customers are responsible for the initial shipping cost and all return shipping costs. No credits are issued on shipping costs.

EXCEPTIONS – We cannot accept returns if:

  • Products have been clearly identified as non-returnable.
  • Products have been installed/assembled or used.
  • Products are not in the original condition & packaging.
  • Products that are Made-to-Order, Custom or Special Order to your specifications
    (This includes custom text, imprinting or graphics)
  • Large quantities of the same product (6 or More)

Before ordering large quantities or special order or custom products we encourage you to ask for as much information as you need, including samples, designs, etc.

Note that a request to return items totaling more than $5,000 may incur restocking fees. We reserve the right to apply returns in the form of a store credit in certain circumstances.

Canadian/International Orders –orders returned from outside US will have shipping and any applicable taxes and customs duties deducted from the refund. Please call customer service for an estimated cost.

Damaged Goods Policy

Unfortunately, fragile items are sometimes damaged during transit.

We ask that you report to customer service the receipt of a damaged product within 48 hours of delivery and do not discard the damaged item and its packaging. If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we won’t be able to file a claim with the carrier which means we can’t accept responsibility for the damages.

Once you notify us that your product was damaged, Plasticrafts will file a claim with the shipper. Claims typically take 8-10 business days to process. Please do not discard the damaged product or the packaging. Typically, the shipper will be dispatched to pick the item up for inspection and processing. We’ll need your help in making it available for pickup on the scheduled date and time.

In most cases, we can order a replacement stock product at no cost to you as soon as the damaged one has been picked up. However, the outcome of the claim may result in a charge for the replacement item. Replacements are subject to availability. In any case, the customer is responsible to pay for shipping costs to return or replace the item (and any related items from the order).

Plasticrafts is not responsible for reimbursement of any labor costs or project delays that may occur due to the receipt of damaged goods. We always recommend that you wait to schedule installation until after your product has arrived and been inspected.

Plasticrafts reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange or assess a charge for used or incomplete product returned or exchanged.
